We offer discounts for siblings, and there are some extra charges for late pick-ups. We also accommodate bookings outside your child's regularly scheduled days. Please see below.

Sibling discount
A 5% discount is given for the oldest sibling attending the Pre-School. Both of the siblings need to pay to get the discount. If they funded, the sibling discount doesn't apply.
Late pickup charge
A late pick-up fee is charged at £10 for every 10 minutes. This will be added to your childcare invoice in the following month.
Payment Due date
Payments are due 30 days after receiving the invoice. The late payment penalty charge will be 5% of the unpaid amount.
Additional days and Holiday Club
Additional sessions or days may be booked, subject to availability, alongside your child’s contracted schedule. Please note that swapping contracted days is not permitted. Invoices for any additional sessions or days will be issued within the same month.
If you need to cancel an additional booking, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Holiday Club for Saplings children will run during the last two weeks of August.
School Closure
As extreme weather conditions are out of our control and are uninsurable, we regret that Saplings are unable to refund fees or offer alternative childcare days.
